What we do...

A "typical" project will involve:

- a measured survey of the existing property / site

- discussion of the design brief and production of scheme design drawings

- submission of drawings for Planning Permission / Listed Building Consent where required

- preparation of detailed working drawings and submission of these for approval under the Building Regulations

Structural surveys, schedules of work, post-contractural supervision and Architect's Certificates can be provided as required.
